Welcome to BeA

Our Services
About Me.
My name is Frank Herbes. I have over 20 years of experience in the field of Physical Therapy. I specialize in providing assisted stretching programs, developing individualized stretching/strengthening programs for people of all ages, and I have also created programs to improve youth athleticism.
I started BeA because I believe that most people want to exercise more, but don’t know what to do or where to start. Typically this turns into people keeping their current routines, which eventually gets them into trouble. Over time, small aches and pains to turn into large issues. Most of these issues can be avoided if people understand what basic exercises to be performing. In the world of large deductibles and copays with every office visit, more and more people are not seeking the care they need due to expense. I want to provide a new option for people who are looking for simple solutions to everyday aches and pains.
Another option for my clients is in home visits. Whether it is a one time visit to set up an exercise program, or recurring appointments for assisted stretching, I’m here to help. The same goes for group athletic training sessions which can done at an agreed upon location, making easier for more people to attend.
Education
1993-1997
Bachelors Degree in Biology
UW-La Crosse
Earned my Bachelors Degree from UW-La Crosse, while I was trying to figure out for sure what I wanted to do the rest of my life. Spent all four years working in a PT clinic on campus, as part of a work study program. This opportunity, as well as being a patient myself due to sports related injuries, made the decision to continue to work in the PT field, an easy one.
